Preparation of Financial Statements

The Financial Statements provide the clear picture of entity’s performance during the period for which the statements are prepared. The Financial Statements should be prepared in compliance with the disclosure requirements as prescribed in the Accounting Standards and the corporate entities are further required to follow the disclosure formats laid down in Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 to the Companies Act 2013.

Along with accounting services, we also prepare Yearend Financial Statements as per the statutory regulations to provide the books of accounts to the auditor for conducting the audit
